A message for all our patients

Due to the unprecedented circumstances surrounding COVID-19 outbreak and following official government advice, Wellsway Dental Practice will be running a limited service.

This is for the safety of all our patients and our staff and our responsibility to limit the spread of the virus. Looking after the health and well-being of our patients and staff is our priority and so will be operating an emergency telephone consultation for our registered patients. 

Please call us as you usually would during working hours on 01225 312 847. These working hours have temporarily changed from 9.00am to 11.30am Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, our answerphone will give details of one of our dentists and their contact phone number and e-mail address. 

As a team we will continue to do all we can to return to work as soon as is safety possible to continue our usual high standard of care. 

Here are some more details you should know:
- If you have a dental emergency, please contact us and we’ll take care of you - this will be in the form of phone advice or direction to an emergency dental service. 
- If you have ongoing treatment with us, we will keep you on the schedule or re-appoint your treatment as needed. We will be reaching out to each of you individually.
