If not, please let us know about it so that we can rectify the cause for dissatisfaction and improve our service. You can request a copy of the practice complaints procedure from the practice manager Siobhan Jones who will explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you might have.
If you are not happy with the response you receive from us you are entitled to raise this verbally or in writing with your Primary Care Trust. You can get support with making a complaint from:
